What mean isolanguage atribute lauc? 

Why  lauc and link rows is not a separate columns for better processing?

Hi Lukas

It stands for the EU local admininistrative unit code.

adding new columns for every new possible code used would make the table
very cumbersome and difficult to handle. The table layout would also
change often and always break all reading code.
