plot RefToTarget function in geomorph 4.0.10

Hello,

I recently installed geomorph version 4.0.10, and I'm having trouble with some code that seems to work fine in version 4.0.8. Specifically, I am using the plotRefToTarget function with a links file to compare wireframe diagrams at the extremes of PC axes. The plot still works in 4.0.10, but it appears that the links are no longer connecting the correct landmarks and resulting wireframes are nonsensical.  

Any help you might be able to offer would be greatly appreciated.

Terry,

I'd need a repeatable example and code to investigate. I just used that very function yesterday and it was working fine; so it may be a data/code thing.
