Hello everybody, I am new using to geomorph and I`ve trying to digitize my photos with tps.dig but i have photo extensions that the program doesn`t recongnize, I can`t enhance it, so I tried with geomorph. When I try to use the digiti2d function I get the following error:

> digitize2d(filelist="Fotos craneo dorsal",nlandmarks = 37,scale = c(1,4),verbose = T,tpsfile = "dorsal.TPS")

Error in readJPEG(filelist[i], native = T) :
  unable to open Fotos craneo dorsal

Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

Hello everybody, how are you doing? I've been trying to digitize my photos with tps.dig but because I have photo extensions that the program doesn't recognize I can't enhance it, so I tried geomorph. Geomorph will only allow digitizing from jpeg images.

 

The R-package StereoMorph allows digitizing from jpg, tiff, and png (perhaps others also).
