Hello all,

I was reading Adams and Collyer (2019) and found a plot I would like to recreate for my own modularity data. I have attached it here. It has the calculated Zcr effect sizes with error bars and then the alternative modular hypotheses. However, I am unsure of how to calculate the confidence intervals from the information given by the compare.CR output.  Sorry if this is a very straightforward answer and I am not seeing it, but I can't seem to understand where the confidence intervals would come from.

Kindest regards,
Austin

Austin,

If you go to DRYAD the R-code for the empirical example is present. At that bottom of that script you will find the code for the plot you described.
