Next Mappy Hour

Hey Geomore!

Next Mappy Hour is on Thursday June 20. Where should we have it? I'm thinking somewhere other than Fells this time around. Federal Hill? Mt. Vernon? 

We also need to set a date for the Map Story event. Betamore would be one choice - we could do a Saturday 12-5 or make it an evening event (might be easier for people) and choose a week day 5:30-9:30 or something. Thoughts?

I like the idea of Saturday, 12-5. Do you think we should tack on an extra hour or two at the end for demos + hanging out, kind of like what they did for Reinvent Transit? What are weekends that everyone is available? I am free June 22, and every following weekend after that until July 27.

We could try for Federal Hill for the next Mappy Hour. I'm not as familiar with the area as you are, so I'm open to wherever you think is ideal.

For the next mappy hour, why not try Fed Hill? Maggie, that's your home turf so I trust you can find something.

For the map story event, I am free those same ones as Payal.

Weekends are not looking great for me for the Map Story event... I'm pretty booked except maybe July 13 .... I'll know soon! But I'm only 1 person, so we have to go with what works for the majority! I'm also up for a 5-9 Wednesday or Thursday event - it'd be cheaper and we could do pizzas/apps for everyone. July Mappy Hour is the 18th. 

How about Blue Agave for June 20? We could also hit something on Cross Street but this might be easier and less crowded. And there are happy hour specials 3-7pm - 

Drink: $5 margaritas; $4 sangria; $3 Mexican beers; $2 domestics 
Food: $4 chicken wings, guacamole, avocado fries; $1.75 tacos
