Geomodeller V1.3 release

A release candidate for V1.3 is just round the corner.

Work on anistropic geology interpolation, vertical exaggeration, feet/
metre conversions, auto registration of GeoTiff backgrounds, direct
access to geophysical worms has been done.

Vista and DUO/QUAD systems hardware and software have made the last
few months interesting. These are now in hand.

Also, the roll out of a batch constrained lithology inversion tool,
linked to 3D geology models has progressed a lot. New training
material is available for this.

A start on GeoSciML compatability testing for Geomodeller has been
made.

With the formal release of V1.3, a full list of fixes and improvements
will be posted.
