I am struggling to get Cabri working well with the latest OS from Apple.
It works quite well at first, but after a few minutes the display windos shudders and is unusable. A bit of a work around is to close the file and re-open it. This works OK for a while and then it seems best to Quit and re launch Cabri.
The machine is a recent Intel MacPro for which I bought a new copy and licence for Cabri (I was using a work version, but have just retired and wanted to be legal) Cabri reports itself to be version 1.4 build 177

Are there any other incompatibility reports, or better still suggestions for good workarounds?

Oh - I know I can use GSP and I also own a copy of that!

Hello,

A new Mac version of Cabri II Plus is now available on www.cabri.com. The version 1.4.2 is fully compatible with Mac OS 10.5 (i.e. Leopard).

We are really pleased to announce this long awaited version. Immediate download at http://www.cabri.com/download-cabri-2-plus.html

This software includes all the PC functionalities but also unique features specific to the Mac: better display (antialiasing), richer text edition based on Apple standards (image inclusion to display math formulas), optimisation for the new Mac computers (i.e. Intel processors), backward compatible (ex. Power PC processors with OS 10.4 or higher)...

Have a nice week-end,
