Two books which have material about the Reuleaux triangle (and more generally about curves of constant width or breadth) are:

Euclidean Geometry and Convexity by R. Benson, McGraw Hill, 1966

Convex Figures, by I. Yaglom and V. Bolyanskii, Holt, Rinehart, and Winston, 1961.
