Dietrich A.,firefox developer, has filed a Firefox bug to get the W3C
geolocation request to contain all the access points in range at the
time of the request. This will make it possible to get a higher
confidence level before return a location.

if out of 7 reported APs, 6 are in the area and 1 is in the Bahamas,
its easy to throw out the one and come up with a winner or an average
based on the others. Currently Firefox and Safari return the connected
access point only.
