While the story is not conclusive, it implicates skyhook as the reason
some Los Angeles iPhones are reporting their location as Boulder,
Colorado.

The user-editable style of geomena would allow someone to fix the
location of the offending AP. Also the W3C spec supports reporting
multiple APs, though I dont know of any browsers to implement this
yet. Having multiple APs to determine position with would allow for a
confidence factor that could throw out an AP in a different US State.

Interesting find, Don. We should come up with a list of these
examples. My home AP had this problem for about a year.
