Modeling geographic data for Geoworkspace

Hello All,

I need to know if there is a way to model a Geographic Database, using a comercial CASE tool (like Visio, Erwin, EA, etc.) and then generate the Physical Geography Database. which can be MS Access, Oracle or SQL Server.

Is there a plugin or template installable for those case tool in order to generate the DDL scripts or another type of file used to generate the database ?
