Importing and exporting Spatialite using Javascript in Geocommons

Any chance, I get javascript implementation in importing Spatialite
from Geocommons similar to this link below?

Hi Noli - I also replied on the GetSatisfaction question but we can
talk about it more in-depth here since you're also asking about the
API.

You can currently download any dataset from GeoCommons as Spatialite /
SQLite. However, We haven't added the ability to upload Spatialite
databases - partially because we didn't think there were that many out
there (yet). But I'm really glad you asked!

We'd love to see Spatialite adopted as a truly open exchangeable file
database storage. Do you have a number of Spatialite databases that
you would like to upload and share? I'd like to hear where and how you
might find these so that we can make sure to support it in the best
way.
