New feature: Set centerpoint

Added "Set as centerpoint" and "Clear centerpoint" menu options to
cache list. Long-pressing a cache in the cache list presents a context
menu, with a new item to set this cache as the centerpoint. All cache
positions are then measured from that cache instead of using the GPS.
There is also a regular menu option to clear the cache centerpoint and
return to using the GPS location as the centerpoint.
