I have completely tested, updated, and revised my Top 10 Most Useful Geospatial Data Portals, here: https://spatialreserves.wordpress.com/2019/02/18/the-top-10-most-useful-geospatial-data-portals-revisited/
It was great to see many of you last weekend at the NCGE conference; many of our workshops referred to the ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World, which I have included in the above list.
I look forward to hearing how you have used these portals and what you would add to this list!
