Hi,

I have just started to use geoget, but I have a simple problem that
blocks me from going further. How can I download let's say all caches
20 km from home or from a given place? How can I create a list of TODO
caches and manage it?

Thanks for any help!

You can download caches by several ways:

1. By Geocaching Live. See menu Database -> Import -> Download
Geocaches...

2. Importing of your PocketQuery GPX.

Exists third way by grabbing a Geocaching web pages, but it breaks
Groundspeak's Terms of Use! It is used by some third-party plugins.

Making list of caches is native usage of Geoget. You made your own
list of geocaches everytime you searching or filtering database. And
anytime you can save your list to file and load it back.

And the second answer would be

- Either manage a GGT list (List -> open list ... List -> save list
(as))
- Or use tags (right click on a cache -> edit tags -> add tag (any
category and value you want, e.g. TODO) and then set up a filter to
look up all geocaches with such a tag
- Or use the Stars plugin, such as in gmail - http://geoget.ararat.cz/doku.php/user:skript:stars

I believe that the Stars plugin would be the easiest
