Empty Zipped Shapefile from Feature Info window and Query Panel Result

Hello everybody...

When I download features via Feature Info window and Query Panel Result,  I obtain an empty zippied shapefile. When using Oleditor the zipped shapefile is ok.

I've set up my config files equal to http://kadviewer.kademo.nl for: 

• Heron.options.downloadFormats,
• Heron.options.wfs.downloadFormats,
• Heron.options.exportFormats,
  
• searchbydrawpanel,
  
• searchbyfeaturepanel,
  
• querypanel,
  
• searchbybufferpanel, and
  
• featureinfo
  

I'm using Geoserver on Ubuntu 14.

The features are located on a remote server and my web map app is at localhost

Could someone help me, please?
