Hi all.

Can someone explain me how to set up Heron CGI on a Jetty Web Server, please?

It is the same Jetty of Geoserver Linux Binary.

Thanks in advance

I have not tried this, but GeoServer has a scripting extension:
http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/community/scripting/overview.html
including Python:
http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/community/scripting/py/index.html

In theory this allows the heron-wsgi.py script to be installed.

Maybe someone has succeeded in this?

For production though I recommend running Apache2 (or Nginx) in fron of
GeoServer and have Apache2/Nginx handle the Python CGI.

Best,

Just
