Wouln't it make sense to start rolling out surface reflection now?

1. It can save many thousands of lives from heat stress

2. It can save water by combatting evaporation, potable and ag.

3. It can reduce energy consumption for a/c and you see that the 3rd world is exploding with a/c

4. Of course, reduce the heat island effect

5. Done enough, at least reduce a trickle of all Earth's heat gain by ever so slightly increasing albedo.

6. Does not have to be continuosly deployed like SRM and MCB

7. We can do it now. Why wait like people wait for the fusion holy grail?

8. It can wake the world to reflection helping acceptance of otherS SRM.

Jeff, I couldn't agree more.  Even a small impact is an impact and by stressing the importance of reflecting the sun back away from earth we are educating the masses about SRM and give them hope that there IS something that each of us can do.
