AGU approves AMS statement on geoengineering

At the AGU Council (of which I am a member) Meeting on December 13,
2009, we unanimously approved the AMS statement on geoengineering, so
that it is now a policy statement of both organizations. AGU has not
posted it on our website yet, buy you can read it at:
