Ocean Visions is seeking proposals from organizations or individuals to provide a rapid

assessment of the Surface Albedo Modification landscape that characterizes known and

emerging approaches, key actors, relevant technologies, and potential mechanisms for

advancing SAM R&D. The assessment is intended to inform future Ocean Visions R&D

activities.
