July 9th (11:00am-2:00pm EDT, 17:00-20:00 CET).The meeting will be held over Zoom. We hope these dates and time make it convenient for as many people as possible to join at least one of the two sessions. For the format, we have decided to focus more on discussions between participants, therefore we would like to structure the two sessions as follow (all times EDT):July 8th 8:00-8:20am Lightning talks. 3 minutes per presentation.July 8th 8:20-9:00am Questions and discussion related to presentations.July 8th 9:00-9:20am BreakJuly 8th 9:20-10:20am Potential joint analyses of most recent GeoMIP simulationsJuly 8th 10:20-11:00am Further discussion/other topics.July 9th 11:00-11:20am Lightning talks. 3 minutes per presentation.July 9th 11:20am-noon Questions and discussion related to presentations.July 9th noon-12:20pm BreakJuly 9th 12:20-1:20pm Discussion of future GeoMIP simulations.July 9th 1:20-2:00pm Further discussion/other topics. As for the presentations, I will later on ask you to upload a 15 minutes max video of your talk, accompanying slides, or a poster, up to 1 week before the meeting date, to allow everyone to watch or read about your results. During the meeting, you will provide a 1-slide summary of your work and will have 3 minutes to summarize your presentation.More details will follow later on.All the details for the meeting will be available at the following page http://climate.envsci.rutgers.edu/GeoMIP/2021.html
