➢ Report on the number of abstracts submitted to your symposium is available HERE (updated hourly)
➤ PROMOTION of your symposium is highly appreciated and encouraged.
➢ IUGG promo materials and graphics can be downloaded here.
➤ SOLICITED SPEAKERS
➢ Need to submit their abstract(s) by 21 February as well. Use the detailed report to see who already submitted their abstract.
➢ Do not receive any financial support or fee waiver, but can apply for a travel grant.
➢ Normally receive 30 minutes for their presentation, while "standard" speakers receive 15 minutes. But conveners can change that for their symposium's session if necessary. The number of solicited speakers is not limited.
➢ Can also be added to the description of your symposium on the website. To do so, please send the solicited speakers’ names, institute and country) to kristyna....@c-in.eu or abst...@iugg2023berlin.org.
