Hi all,

Reflective (https://reflective.org/) is excited to share a preliminary version of our Uncertainty Database for Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) for an initial round of expert input and feedback. Please see this document for more information on the project and how to give input.

Our database remains preliminary, but we are sharing it at this early stage so that we can meaningfully incorporate expert input and feedback as we continue to develop it. The intent is to capture physical (not societal) uncertainties, and assess them in both their degree of uncertainty and their level of consequence, to help identify and prioritize future research needs.

We would greatly appreciate feedback from the SRM research community on our list of uncertainties by October 15th. If that timeline doesn’t work for your schedule, please let us know what would be more feasible instead.

Thank you in advance for your time and support! If you have any questions, please reach out to us at roa...@reflective.org with any questions!

Best wishes,

Alistair
