We're running a video-streamed panel tomorrow, Monday 13th November at 3pm CET out of the press conference room 3 (Bula Zone) at the 23rd UNFCCC Conference of the Parties held in Bonn under the Presidency of Fiji.

I look forward to seeing your COP23 presentation and attach some calculations on the use of marine cloud brightening to cool the Arctic. You could do this for a month either side of the summer solstice. For the rest of the year the spray vessels could operate between Cape Verde islands and the Gulf of Mexico to moderate repetitions of Irma and / or cooling water over coral at the Barrier Reef.

Please let me know of any changes to my assumptions that you can suggest.
