Light-weight construction, of translucent plastic.

 

I can't see this as a long-term housing solution. I also don't care much for plastic construction. (UV-susceptibility and petrochemical-dependent.)

 

Temporary housing -- okay, I can see that, but not at their published prices. (The "fire-proof" versions, in particular.) Large-scale production/use for Haiti, for example, wouldn't help for more than a couple of years, and would be prohibitively-expensive.
