Hello every body

I'm a cisplayer based in switzerland and im obsessed with halo:)

I had the idea of building a inflatable bubbleshield from halo 3 as a prop for my masterchief costume.

I researched a lot aboutvthe geomtry and figured out that the base of the bubbleshield is a 12V geodesic sphere, just without the struts in the pentagons and hexagons.

I was looking for a calculator that gives me the measurement for the struts and all and maybe a plan where where strut have to be.
Can someone help?

I already found the program of antiprism.com but that kind of stuff is way to difficult to and will end up in anothe timeconsuming hobby xD

Thanks

An interesting thing to note:

I opened up Geodesica and deleted vertices in the pentagons and hexagons in a 12V Class I sphere, and discovered its dual
is roughly a Class II 8V sphere.
