airport design...plus

I thought this was pretty interesting and figured others in the group might also.  Although airport design is the topic, many of the concepts could apply to lots of other projects, especially those that that must act as a confluence.  Odd that he did not mention the perimeter taxiway, but that relates more exclusively to moving aircraft around.
