In this video (starting at around 5:40, you have more focus on the dome itself ...
... as an exit from an undeground mall, and
... as an entrance into the Mosque Plaza.
Of note, the panning of the Plaza is very fast, but you seem to get hints of at least one other "Entrance Dome" in the distance behind other structures and vegetation.

common width on the dome surface. The top three bands are like a lamella
dome, in this case like a F3 decagonal pyramid (minus the base), and the
other bands are like 30-gonal antiprisms.
If the dome is an ellipsoid, and the band widths aren't critical, then
it would be straightforward to describe the vertices in spherical
coordinates, as a spherical dome, and then convert to Cartesian
coordinates and scale vertically.
