I don't know the answer to your question, but clearly Lynch offered his domes quite a bit larger than that. If you haven't already reviewed his web site, I suggest you do that. It is sad that he passed away 6 years ago, but we are very fortunate that his family, friends and supporters saw fit to keep his web site alive. They even set up a video series you might find especially useful if you are not already familiar with it.
I know from my own personal contact with him that he preferred the "glue and screw" approach to attaching the decking to the frames. In addition, he had an interesting system of placing temporary wedges (shims) in between the triangles as the dome was being assembled. This allows the builder to get all the panels and bolts in place before tightening everything up. If something wasn't lining up, the wedges could be pulled back or driven in to help those holes line up well enough to get the bolts in. This is mentioned in the videos.
Let us know of your progress and good luck with the project. His domes were quite sturdy and looks to me like a good choice. Perhaps you can post some pictures or video of the domes you have already built.
