AddGeometryColumn again (this time I think it's a bug)

Hi there

Just created a new issue (https://github.com/jdeolive/geodb/issues/
12): it seems that the column order of SRID and Dimension are inverted
when compared to the geometry_columns table order as created in
InitGeoDB. The fix is quite simple (but I didn't see how to attach it
anywhere)

Yup, planning one pretty soon. After this pull request is ready to go i plan to tag and throw out a new release.
