added a wiki page on how to add help to geomath algorithms

Hi All,

I refactored how the help is written a little bit and added a link on the geocraft wiki page. Give it a look and see if it needs more clarification. Basically, we are just using the "anchors" mechanism in eclipse help to keep bundle references (as it pertains to help) as loosely coupled as possible.
