Users who display seismic trace data in the 3D Viewer should be able to
normalize the trace display much like the option in the Section Viewer:

- by user set limits

- by trace maximum absolute value of current inline and xline

- by trace maximum and minimum value of current inline and xline

- by trace average

- by global trace maximum (max abs value for all traces in the volume)

- by global trace average (average of all traces in the volume)

- by global trace maximum (max abs value for all traces in the volume)

- by global trace average (average of all traces in the volume)

Create a reusable api that can be used by both viewers.
