If multi-flooding is run 3 times with the same output volume name, the
output volume appears 3 times on the Repository tree. To reproduce:

- load VelSaltTime_mps.segy, TopSaltTime.grid and BaseSaltTime.grid

- open Multi-flooding and select these as input. The output volume name
defaults to VelSaltTime_mps_vf1.

- press Run and the output appears on the repository

- press Run and the output appears a second time on the repository

- press Run and the output now is listed 3 times
