If I make an entity invisible it should not be considered in the bounding
box computation.

As an example - I can't easily navigate around a volume if a grid is
loaded that is located off to the side. Making the grid not visible should
allow me to rotate etc. just around the volume.

Comment:

This can already be done easily. Just right-click on the entity you want
to center and select Center. You can also turn off the other entities if
you want but the selected entity is now centered in the rotation.

Comment:

The 'center on the entity' function almost works but it is not perfect.
You can have other entities loaded that influence the zoom and pan
behavior in a way that makes it difficult to navigate around the entity
you are currently interested in.

You might not see the problem on your regular test data sets where the
horizons are coincident with the volumes.
