Items left from the first feedback:

* Scroll bar to navigate when zoomed in would be nice but pan works fine
for now. Maybe users will find the pan feature but it is new to them so we
will have to do some user testing to find out.

* In the Display List a user can remove a log from the display but the
track remains. In the future there should be an option to remove the
track as well as the log. I did not see an option to set the track width
although it does change when the window size changes. Sometimes logs like
resistivity are plotted extra wide compared to other logs.

* Values for tracks, such as the width, background color, list of logs in
each track, and grid color should specified be in a table, something like
that shown in the well_log_example_track_parameters.gif plot. Users like
to be able to order tracks so that GR and SP are at the left and other
logs are on the right side of the plot.
