If you run abavo and create a color class volume and then display it in
the 3D viewer as attribute 2 using the class background color map, you
will find that the color map reverts back to seismic when you close the
settings dialog. To reproduce:

- load the test_dataT1500a.grid and test_data3near.segy and
test_data3far.segy

- run abavo using these inputs and create a color class volume

- open the test_data3near in the 3D viewer and drag out the horizon

- select the Attribute 2 tab in the Settings dialog, select the avoCLS
volume, and set Blend all the way to the right

- the avoCLS volume appears using the Seismic color scale. Change to the
color background class map and the avoCLS display changes ok. Leave
Settings dialog up.

- Turn the avoCLS volume off and on a few times by clicking on the check
box for avoCLS in the Entity List tree

- click OK to dismiss the Settings dialog and repeat the previous step.
When you turn the avoCLS volume back on, it has the original Seismic color
map.

Another example:

- load a volume and horizon

- view the volume in the 3d viewer and add the horizon

- set the color map to gray scale in Attribute 1 tab and leave dialog up

- in the Entity list turn the horizon off and on - the color map stays set

- close the Settings dialog and now turn the horizon off and the color map
reverts to seismic
