Geocoder.net implementations

Hello-

Noob question. I am looking for a geocoder that can process about
15,000 requests as fast as possible programatically, using vb.net (or
c#), addresses to Lat/Lon which are then stored in SQL database.

I understand each of the providers has limitations in terms of total
requests/ rate of requests, etc. and I was wondering how the
geocoder.net dealt with these, if at all.

Any hints to figuring this out would be cool.

GeoCoding.net doesn't handle rate request limit errors.  If you are generating more than the limit, each of the providers has a premium/pay plan that you can sign up for.
