How dial.xaction works?

Hi, I'm working with GeoBi framework but I don't know how dial.xaction
file works...
Dial.xaction works with a parameters in template file, there are:
parameters: [["customer", "value"],["max", 50], ["low", 5],["high",
35]]
what are these values?
What's the meaning of "customer" and "value" parameters?
Dial.xaction uses directy these parameters but I don't understand how
it works.

Values of "max", "low" and "high" refer on dial chart....but how they
work?
