CBF 3.2 Mapfish 1.1 GeoServer 2.01 Installation Issue(s)

So, I've gotten to the point where I can get the data into Geoserver.
See the post/get methods and return of images in cache but no ability
to view inside Pentaho.

Had to modify a bit of code as it appears the new mapfish has modified
folder 'rule' to 'filter' - have geoserver operating on port 8070,
continue to get error:

OpenLayers.Request is undefined
http://127.0.0.1:8080/pentaho/content/pentaho-cdf/js/mapfish/client/mfbase/openlayers/lib/OpenLayers/Ajax.js
Line 79

"return OpenLayers.Request.GET({
url: uri, params: params,
success: success, failure: failure, scope: caller
});"

Any thoughts on where this might be coming from.
