GeoCat is already in use. Why
not QCat as in QGIS.
I think the name should include Cat in some way, as the Catalog function in
uDig which is very useful.
Right now I´m working with QGIS, GeoServer
and SLD.
I´ve not found any good ways to store SLD´s including a picture of the
rendering result. It would be very nice to be able to store SLDs in GeoApt/QCat
together with QGIS .qlm files, also with a picture of the .qlm files renderingresults.

and proposed names are: QCatalog, Q-Catalog, QBrowser
