Translation

Hi Gary, I'll take care of packaging geoapt for mandriva but I would
also like to translate it in french.

What would be the best way to do it ?

As I said, this is really a preview release to generate interest in the
development community. At this point there isn't a translation method
established. I don't think the 0.1 release needs to be widely
distributed since it has limited functionality---but hopefully soon we
will have a 0.2 :)

I will work on establishing a translation methodology and have made a
note that you will package for mandriva.
