The theme management portion is now working. You can add folders and
themes to folders. Themes (layers) can be viewed and you can drag a
layer and drop it into QGIS.
Eventually you will be able to drag an entire folder onto QGIS and it
will load all layers.
If you encounter problems with the theme management, delete your
previous geoapt.db (found in $HOME/.geoapt) before running GeoApt.
Lot's more work to do---testing and contributions are welcome...
