Mac OS X dmg available for Snow Leopard

I have put together an all-in-one bundle for testing on Mac OS X Snow
Leopard. All dependencies are included---you shouldn't need a QGIS
install, Qt, GDAL, or the other dependencies.

If you try it, please let me know if you encounter any difficulties.
