GeoAPI Simple Search performance

Hi team,
We are testing our application and we realized that we cannot retrieve
the limit of 100 nearby locations from Simple search.
When we try to retrieve 100 nearby places, it crashes our apps giving
the message
"error": "you've encountered an internal error :-( please contact
a...@geoapi.com if it persists"
and the maximum we can retrieve is 25 nearby places.
We already have API key for GeoAPI but i m wondering is there any
place to see my statistics such as numbers of calls per day, per month
or everything?
