Hierarchical List of Verticals

So I'm looking at the list of verticals (verticals.txt) because I'm
trying to query selected verticals. However, I notice that there is
some concept of hierarchy like:

financial:business-brokers-and-franchising:business-brokers-and-
franchising

or

food-and-drink:coffee-houses

I just want to search for food-and-drink and not have to specify all
the sub categories. Is there a list of just those top level
categories?
