Is it possible to retrieve the 3D model of a single building?

Morning everyone, 

just had a meeting with one of our clients. He was wondering whether it was possible for us to send him the 3d building based on the egid to significantly speed up his workflow. Is this something that is easily doable with a GET request or do I have to do further processing after getting a 3D tile?
