Identify Features in the Mapbox Vector Tiles layers "Base Map" and "Base Map Winter"

I would like to integrate the swisstopo layers "Base Map" and "Base Map Winter" in my app. Unfortunately I cannot find a way to extract the useful information contained as features in these layers like "SAC Hütten" or mountain summits. Is there a service similar to "https://api3.geo.admin.ch/rest/services/all/MapServer/identify?geometry=..." or can I find a code sample for extracting the desired information.

An alternative would be a WMTS layer like "ch.swisstopo.unterkuenfte-winter" but for summer. Is there any hope for such a layer?
