Is there a data problem with addresses in region St. Gallen?

Hello everyone

We use the sarch api in various products and (at least) since yesterday, addresses in the city of St. Gallen do not get found. Example: Hechtackerstrasse 18

As reference, there are also no results when searching on map.geo.admin.ch.

Using the swisstopo native app, it finds this address (which confirms that it exists besides google and local knowledge etc).

I found this older thread (https://groups.google.com/g/geoadmin-api/c/UO0vUwQD0ZQ/m/CynsDn8ZBwAJ) which indicates that data delivery is automated and daily. This is why i waited until today with posting the thread here - but the problem still exists as of today, so there was no self-recovery, at least not during the last 24h.

Can you investigate?

The issue has been found and a solution has been implemented. It concerned indeed only St. Gallen and, as in the thread that you found, this dataset needs to be updated again in order to contain all the data again. All should be good again tomorrow in the early morning.
