Please go through the following e-mail. We are in need of 2 volunteers to have lunch with the guest speaker.Unfortunately, there is a lecture scheduled at the same for us. Also make sure that you wear formals as per the 'firman' issued by sir.

Dear Provosts,
Please issue a 'firman' that the dress for the guest lectures is formals.
In addition, please get volunteers/ nominate students for lunch/ tea with the guest speakers as follows:

• Two students each from both Sections A & B for each of lunches on 04 & 11 Sep & for tea on 05 Sep.
• In addition, from Geo B nominate the foreign students so that all get a chance to attend at least one of the events. 
• Any hassles let me know.
