Updated Google Group name and URL

Hi everyone,
Our Google Group has a new name and URL!
This Google Group is one of the GeoBlacklight Community’s key communication channels (aside from Slack) for sharing out information about the GeoBlacklight Community, including feature announcements, community sprints, and conferences. As part of the Governance Workgroup's review of our documentation, we decided to update the Google Group name from "GeoBlacklight Working Group" to "GeoBlacklight Community," which better reflects how we use the platform and what work we are carrying out.
The new URL for the group is: https://groups.google.com/g/geoblacklight-community
